At Chii Stylez Luxury Extensions, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions and services. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Order Issues & Exchanges

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at admin@chiistylez.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the concern and, if applicable, offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations & Service Refunds

• Hair Extensions & Products: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• Hair Services: Deposits for appointments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48-hours in advance.
